Michigan CSI Accepting Registrations
Since its statewide launch in September 2007, the Michigan Cyber Safety Initiative (Michigan CSI) has educated nearly 1 Million K-8th grade students and another 25,000+ adults through its Community Seminar.
iKeepSafe helped create content for this free, award-winning program that offers age-appropriate assemblies conducted by experts working with the Michigan Attorney General’s Office.
The multi-media assemblies focuses on:
—Internet safety,
—Responsible online behavior,
—Cyberbullying, and
—Appropriate cell phone use
Limited space is available during the remainder of the 2011-2012 school year. Consequently, administrators still have time to schedule a training before summer vacation when many students will have increased online access.
To schedule a seminar or to learn more information, visit www.michigan.gov/csi and click on the “Registration Form” button near the bottom of the page. After registering, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgement within two business days. Questions can be directed to AGCSI@michigan.gov.
